Janssen Holdings Limited was established in 1992, we are proudly 100 percent New Zealand owned and
operated, with our founder still heading the company today.

Our business is tailored specifically to motor breakdown insurance allowing us to offer you a specialist
and expert service, this fact alone sets us miles ahead of other motor breakdown providers in the market.
The benefit of being privately owned and non-corporate is that we can act quickly and give fair decisions
to our policyholders. We have an extensive nationwide repairer network and our head office is located in
Auckland.

We have a proven ability to bring to the market new products that reflect the ever-changing trends in
the automotive industry, one example being the excesses we offer on European vehicles which are the
cheapest available on the New Zealand market relative to recommended retail.

offer our policyholders safe and reliable motor breakdown insurance.

We are very proud to have IAG New Zealand as our underwriter which has a AA rating that means they
have a ‘Very Strong’ claims paying ability.

In New Zealand, IAG NZ LTD offer the majority of their products under the State and NZI brands. State
offers insurance cover for predominantly personal assets such as home and vehicle with policies sold directly to the public either via their 0800 number or at their sales centers around the country. NZI
specializes in providing business, rural and personal insurance through brokers.
